A. Procurement, Professional and Service Contract

All successful vendors must submit prior to the award of the contract one of the following:

A photocopy of their Federal Letter of Affirmative Action Plan Approval, or
A photocopy of the State Certificate of Employee Information Report, or
A Photocopy of completed Affirmative Action Employee Information Report: AA302 available online at www.nj.gov/treasury/contract_compliance/documents/pdf/forms/aa302/instructions.pdf

B. Construction Contracts

All Successful contractors must submit an Initial Project Manning Report (AA201) available on line www.nj.gov/treasury/contract_compliance/documents/pdf/forms/aa201.pdf
